Coverage overview

Streaming Access Support and Verification Table

VPNCB covers 100+ countries and 170+ routes. These coverage figures do not mean every platform is available in every region. No platform-by-platform, region-by-region access certifications are listed in the available facts, so potential regions cannot be presented as confirmed locations.

Platform × region × support status × suggested route. Suggestions describe how to test access, not a guarantee of availability.
PlatformHow region is determinedAvailabilitySuggested route and how to verify
NetflixRegion where the target library is availableNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityTry a route in the same region, then play the title you want. Watch for proxy warnings and check content availability.
Disney+Region where the platform offers its serviceNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityCheck service availability and account entitlements first, then compare an IEPL route or relay route in the same region.
HBO MaxUse the local platform name and service coverage as your guideNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityCheck the local app and account access, and keep the exit region consistent where possible.
HuluCheck the regional rules for the specific service versionNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityCheck account and home network requirements first, then test a route in the target region.
YouTube PremiumMembership region and viewing locationNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityDistinguish regular video playback from membership benefits. A network connection does not change your membership status.
Prime VideoAccount region and content licensing regionNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityCheck the account region, title entitlements, and exit region together; the home page alone is not enough.
BBC iPlayerUK service coverage and platform requirementsNo region-by-region guarantee; test availabilityTest only if the dashboard offers a suitable UK route, and follow the platform’s eligibility requirements.

Regional databases, content licensing, and proxy detection rules can change. Successful playback at one point only confirms what worked at that time; it is not a promise of permanent access. Streaming memberships and title entitlements come from the relevant platforms and are not included with a VPNCB network subscription.

Regional availability

What Does “Access” Mean?

It generally means the platform accepts your current network exit and lets your account access content for that region. It does not change content licensing or replace a platform membership.

Exit region and content library

Streaming services may use the geographic location of your exit IP, along with account, device, and session history, to determine which content is available. The region in a route name is a starting point, but a platform’s regional database may differ from other lookup tools. Even if an IP check identifies the target region, test playback of the specific title.

Seeing a platform’s home page, finding a title in search, or opening its details page does not confirm that it will play. Test the full experience: start the title, watch continuously, and check the subtitles you need. Search results alone are not a reliable test.

Account region and payment region

Platforms may determine entitlements based on the account’s home region, membership tier, or payment details. Changing your network exit does not automatically move your account to another region or add titles, rentals, or 4K eligibility that are not included. If regions do not match, check the platform’s account guidance before changing how you use the service.

Your viewing location and eligibility to purchase a membership are separate matters. When signing up for a membership, joining a household plan, or changing regions, follow the platform’s terms. A network route is not a substitute for meeting eligibility requirements.

Exit IP characteristics

Native IPs vs. residential IPs

“Native IP” is not defined consistently across services. It often refers to an IP whose registration details, geolocation, and actual exit region match. It is not a universal certification and does not mean a platform has accepted the address. Even an IP identified with the target region may trigger a proxy warning due to network ownership, shared-use patterns, or platform rules.

“Residential IP” usually means an address from a residential ISP network or one classified as residential by a database. This describes a network attribute; it does not indicate current bandwidth, congestion, or account compatibility. Database classifications can change, so a label alone cannot predict playback quality.

IEPL, relay, and direct connections describe the network path; native and residential describe the exit IP. These are different concepts. An IEPL route does not automatically provide a residential exit, and a direct connection does not automatically use a native IP. The available VPNCB facts do not state that specific native or residential IP products are offered, so this page does not present them as plan benefits.

When testing routes, record separately whether the exit region matches, whether the title plays, and whether buffering occurs during viewing. Comparing routes in the same region is more useful for diagnosing an issue than chasing IP labels. To confirm exit IP characteristics, refer to information explicitly shown in the user dashboard or ask support.

Playback setup

4K and Dolby Vision playback requirements

Video quality depends on the whole chain: content version, membership entitlements, device capabilities, playback software, and sustained network throughput.

Sustained bandwidth matters more than peak speed

4K video generally needs more sustained throughput headroom than standard HD, but actual requirements vary by encoding, source, and each platform’s adaptive streaming. No unverified speed-test results or fixed bandwidth thresholds are provided here; refer to the platform’s current help documentation and the player’s performance.

A brief peak on a speed test does not mean the same performance will hold throughout a film. Home network congestion, Wi-Fi interference, background downloads, and changes in cross-border routing can all cause buffering. Pause other bandwidth-heavy tasks, then compare routes using the same title without changing multiple variables at once.

Dolby Vision depends on more than your network

Dolby Vision requires support from the content, membership entitlements, playback device, and display chain. Smooth playback does not mean your browser, display, or connection supports the format. A Dolby Vision label on a title page also does not guarantee that your device is outputting it.

If playback is smooth but picture quality or dynamic range is not as expected, check the platform’s list of supported devices, video settings, and app version first. Switching routes is unlikely to help if your setup does not meet the format requirements. Troubleshoot network buffering and device compatibility separately.

Keep an eye on your remaining data during long viewing sessions. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data add-ons never expire and remain available until used. Higher video quality typically uses more data; actual usage depends on playback and the records in your dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Common errors and what to check

Error codes can vary by app version, device, and region. Save the full message and check the platform’s help documentation before drawing conclusions; a code alone does not prove the route has failed.

Netflix shows M7111-5059 or a proxy warning

These warnings usually mean the platform has detected a proxy or network issue, not necessarily a speed problem. Check that no other proxy is enabled in your browser and that the playback app is using the selected route. Sign out of the playback session, then reopen it. Compare routes in the same region and avoid frequent region switching. Refer to Netflix’s current help page for the meaning of a specific error.

Disney+ says “not available in your region” or shows a region-related code

First check whether the service is available in the target region, then verify your exit region and account requirements. If a lookup tool and the platform disagree, the cause may be a regional database or stale session data. After confirming the connection, restart the app. If needed, clear site data as instructed by the platform; this may sign you out, so make sure you can access your account first.

HBO Max, Hulu, or BBC iPlayer says your location is incorrect

A location warning may relate to your exit IP, the specific service version, home network, or account eligibility. Save the full message and check the service coverage for that version. If the platform requires a home network, location permission, or other conditions, follow its official guidance; changing routes cannot replace those requirements.

Prime Video says content is unavailable, or YouTube Premium benefits are missing

First determine whether the issue is content licensing or network connectivity. Prime Video availability may depend on the account’s home region and separate rental entitlements. For YouTube Premium, check the signed-in account and membership region. If other content plays normally, check the requirements for that title or account instead of repeatedly switching routes.

Playback works, but keeps buffering or drops in quality

Try a lower video quality on the same route and see whether playback becomes continuous. Then check your local Wi-Fi connection, background traffic, and client routing rules before comparing other routes in the same region. If only one app is affected, note the device, platform, title, route name, and full error message, then contact support through the dashboard. Do not share your password or subscription URL.

Choose and verify a route

Choose a Route for Your Viewing Needs Selection

Pick a library first, then compare routes

Start with the region where the title is available, then look for routes actually offered in the user dashboard. If there is no suitable region, do not treat another region as an equivalent alternative. IEPL, relay, and direct connections can be compared as network paths, but route type does not guarantee access on any particular platform. Keeping the region constant makes it easier to tell whether a difference comes from the connection path or content licensing.

Make sure the playback app is using the route

A browser opening international websites does not mean a desktop player or another app is following the same proxy rules. Check the client’s routing settings, and use IP check to help verify your browser’s exit IP; this does not replace testing playback in the app itself. VPNCB supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscription details from the user dashboard; sign in to access your subscription.

Keep the route that works best in real viewing

Test a title you actually watch. Check that playback starts, subtitles load, and viewing remains smooth. Do not choose a route based on low latency alone: video depends more on sustained throughput and the network path. Record the conditions when problems occur and adjust one at a time. Keeping suitable candidate routes makes it easier to compare again if platform policies change.

VPNCB allows unlimited connected devices, but that does not mean a streaming account permits the same number of concurrent streams. Each platform has its own rules for simultaneous viewing, household sharing, and device authorization. Choose a data plan based on your viewing habits; device count alone does not determine the right plan.
