Cross-border access setup

Compare routes, devices, use cases, and billing separately. Start with your access needs, then choose a connection type that fits.

Peak hours · Route selection

Keep alternatives by route type

At peak hours, connection quality depends on your local network, the cross-border route, and the service you're accessing. VPNCB lists IEPL dedicated lines, relayed connections, and direct connections separately, so you can compare them by use case rather than region name alone. For everyday work, save frequently used routes and keep alternatives with different paths. If pages start loading slowly, check your local connection first, then switch routes and test again. Routes in the same region may take different paths. Route type is a useful filter, not a promise of speed at any time. Actual performance depends on your location and the hours you use the service.

Bank-level encryption

Connection security and account management

↗
Bank-level encryptionConnection protection
Account credentialsUsername + password
Email addressNot required

VPNCB uses bank-level encryption, and creating an account does not require an email address. Sign in with a username and password. Before connecting, store your account details securely, then get the client and subscription from the user panel. Subscription details authorize your connection; don't post them publicly or share them with others. An encrypted connection and the security of your account on a destination website are separate matters. When using international websites, check the URL, protect your passwords, and review device authorization requests. If you need help troubleshooting, describe your platform and the error without exposing your full subscription details in screenshots.

Multiple devices · No device limit

Switch between desktop and mobile

↗
WindowsmacOSiOSAndroidLinux
Devices online at onceUnlimited

Set up your work computer, personal computer, and mobile devices for their respective use cases. VPNCB supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. You don't need to use the same connection mode on every device: test your browser and work apps on a desktop, and check network permissions and background activity on mobile. Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel; subscriptions are available after signing in. After switching devices, check that your target apps use the intended route. Device count and plan data allowance are separate, so consider your overall usage when choosing a plan.

AI Tools · Streaming

Check the route for each service

↗

What to checkExit region and app settings

AI tools and streaming services can assess your region, account status, and network exit differently. Before choosing a route, check the service's regional requirements, select a matching region in the client, then test page loading, account sign-in, and the service itself. Streaming availability may also depend on the content library, membership tier, and device playback support. A successful connection doesn't guarantee that every title will be available. VPNCB's use-case labels help you filter routes; they don't override each platform's own rules. If you rely on a tool regularly, keep a route you've tested and troubleshoot errors methodically instead of switching routes repeatedly.

Monthly plans · Data packages

Reset rules and refund policy

Ongoing and occasional use call for different billing options. VPNCB offers monthly plans and data packages. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, making it a good fit for a regular work routine. Data packages last until used and never expire, which suits more occasional use. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; manage the change in the user panel. Payment options include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and the service has a 14-day refund policy. Compare data allowance, billing rules, and your usage habits—not just the amount paid upfront.

Regional directory · Filter by use

Coverage100+ countries / 170+ routes

VPNCB covers 100+ countries and 170+ routes, with the regional directory and route types helping you find a connection. For international websites, start with a route that matches the service's regional requirements. If there are none, choose based on your local network and how well pages load. A nearby location doesn't always mean a shorter route, and a distant exit shouldn't be judged by its name alone. For regular work, note the regions and route types you've tested. For a specific streaming library, first confirm which region it's associated with. The full directory gives you more options, but what matters is whether your target app works as expected.

Choose a route based on what you need to do: for document collaboration, check that sign-in and saving work smoothly; for AI tools, confirm requests complete; for streaming, test playback itself. Test the apps you use on the same device and local network before comparing routes to avoid confusing results caused by changing conditions. Latency and bandwidth in route status are useful indicators, not substitutes for testing the apps you actually use.

If a website loads but a client app still can't connect, check whether the app is using the intended connection mode. If all international websites load poorly, first check the client status and whether your subscription is valid. If a service reports a region issue, confirm your exit region, then check your account region and the service's rules. You don't need to change plans as a first step.

Route status reference

Status indicators help you monitor routes. Your actual experience also depends on your local network, time of use, and the service you're accessing.

Check the exit region and connection mode separately. First, visit the IP check page to see your current exit, then test it in the app you use.

Client and subscription access

Choose your platform to get the client from the user panel. Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription.

From account to connection

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Sign in to the user panel and get the client for your operating system. When you're ready to connect, get your subscription from the panel and import it following the client's instructions. The client and subscription serve different purposes; downloading the client alone doesn't complete your connection setup. For your first time, follow the quick-start guide to complete authorization, import, and connection checks in order.

What to check after importing

After importing your subscription, check that the route list has updated, then choose a region that suits your needs. If your system asks for network access, verify where the request came from and follow the client instructions. Once connected, test your browser and commonly used apps separately, paying special attention to each app's network settings. For help, submit a ticket through the user panel with your operating system, chosen region, and a description of the error. Hide account and subscription details in screenshots.

Monthly plans and data packages

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. Consider your usage pattern first, then choose an allowance.

Light use

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for web browsing, email, and document collaboration. If you often stream video or transfer large files, check your actual data usage before choosing an allowance.

  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Everyday work

250GB monthly plan

¥18 / month

For regular use of cross-border work apps, along with some video streaming and file transfers. Choose an allowance based on your actual usage; an app's name alone doesn't determine how much data it uses.

  • 250GB included per month
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day refund policy
Choose this plan
For heavier data use

500GB monthly plan

¥28 / month

A good fit for video streaming, file syncing, and other data-heavy use. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your remaining allowance and reset date.

If you need cross-border access mainly during a project, while traveling, or for a one-off task, a data package offers a straightforward option: use the selected allowance until it's gone, with no expiration. The difference from a monthly plan is how the data is used, so don't compare the upfront payment directly with a monthly fee. Before choosing, consider whether you'll use the service regularly and check the full plan details.

Upgrades, payments, and refunds

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before making changes, confirm your current plan and the result in the user panel; data resets don't necessarily align with the first day of the calendar month. Payment options include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Complete payment in the panel. VPNCB offers a 14-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details.

Choosing a plan starts with matching the data allowance to your usage pattern. Work documents, streaming video, and file syncing can use very different amounts of data, even over the same period. Use the data records in the user panel to refine your estimate. If only one app is having access issues, check its region and connection mode first—a plan upgrade won't fix every connection problem.
